JA T3 Framework Plugin V 1.1.8 released - Bug fix & improvement release

JA T3 Framework 2 plugin has been updated to version 1.1.8 its an minor bug fix and improvement release. This release is currently ONLY for JA Portfolio, JA Social, JA Anion & JA Droid templates. Upgrade for other T3 templates will be announced separately

What's updated?

  • Cool new way of checking module positions. Watch it HERE.

  • Download the Updated files from the respective template download folder.

Upgrade steps.

  • Uninstall old JAT3 plugin, install the new version and enable it.
  • Or Use JA extension Manager Component for upgrade.Watch video for how to upgrade using JAEM.

Any issue arising out of this update be discussed in respective template forum.

JA Portfolio Template V 1.1.2 has been released. Its a minor bug fix for users, with only 6 updated files and 2 new files. It is also recommended to upgrade the JA T3 Framework Plugin to version 1.1.8.

Upgrade steps :

  1. View the comparison between versions at JoomlArt Version Updates and replace the affected file. Only 6 files are affected in the changelog between version 1.1.1 to 1.1.2
  2. Uninstall / install the upgraded T3 plugin V 1.1.8 (make sure you have not edited the plugin files for customization).
  3. Or Use JA extension Manager Component for upgrade.Watch video for how to upgrade using JAEM.

JA Portfolio - September 2010 Joomla Template 1.0.0 (beta) has been released. Few highlights of the template.

  • Introducing JA Showcase component (JAEC only), JA Content Slider 2 Module and JA Loadmodule Plugin, all supporting K2 articles too. JA Amazon S3 component (JAEC only) is also being introduced for the first time along with this template.

JA T3 Framework 2 plugin has been updated and we recommend all the T3 Framework 2 template users to upgrade their framework. This DOES NOT includes JA Anion and JA Droid template Users. JA Anion and JA Droid template upgrades will be announced separately.

JA Social Template V 1.2.0 stable for Joomla! has been released today. Its a Major bug fix release.

Upgrade steps. Strongly recommend uninstall and reinstall of Template along with reinstall of  T3 plugin and all extensions and themes. Since, it is a major bug fix release. T3 Plugin version 1.1.6 is released too, its an recommended upgrade.

Its an stable release and further upgrades would be easier henceforth. No support would be provided for beta versions and members are requested to upgrade their templates to Version 1.2.0.
