Hi
I’m not sure if it is a right place to ask my question.

I need a suggestion to choose a template for our blog.
We use Easy Blog component so the template must be compliant to it .
Also the layout should be similar to this one: https://www.sentryo.net/blog/
2 main columns for articles and one column on the right .

The template should not have a width limitation and should be responsive.

I have seen this one: http://joomlart.com/demo/#magz-ii
but I’m not sure if I can use EasyBlog

Do you have any suggestion?

JA Magz II, the template you were interested in, does not support EasyBlog. You can check out some of these responsive templates that do fully support EasyBlog instead :

I’m oriented to JA Simpli template.

Do you think I could configure EasyBlog just to have the blog articles in 2 columns and the sidebar on the right ?

See the picture to have an idea

Hi,

You need to customize the layout and style of the template to have 2 columns and the sidebar similar to the photo. It’s not something that can be done just by configuring settings at admin backend .

Strange, because it is what the demo of this template shows.

Do you mean the demo doesn’t not corrisponding to Simpli template?

Hi, JA Simpli demo does not have a layout with 2 content columns & 1 sidebar as you desired, the closest we have is Category Blog layout and content + 2 cols layout . You just need to customize a bit from there to have it exactly like you wanted.

It should not be very difficult to customize.
As you are a paid member already, you can open a new topic regarding the customization of Category Blog layout + 1 column in JA Simpli forum . We are not able to perform customization for you, however maybe our team could give some pointers.
