After months of fine tuning, staff training and integration, JA launches the Online " JA Project Management for Changelogs and Issue Tracking (bugs)" System. In Short it would be referred as JA PM System, where, PM stands for Project Management.

Voting for Site of the Month (SOTM) - September has been started and voting closes on 30th Sept. 2009.  With 15 Sites in competition and prizes worth $ 1000 at stakes. Check out Forum thread for details.

Precious time is lost in asking for additional details from members while trying to assess the problem and offering help. At times, even the site url is not mentioned, which delays the support. Therefore, guidelines for asking support either at forum or Ticket System have been formulated.

Essential Information to be submitted while asking for support.

• Site URL : Make sure that you mention the Site url or page url in question, in your post.
• Screenshots : Wherever required or possible add screenshots to support your question, it helps.
• Versions : Joomla version, Template version.
• 3rd Party : Brief of 3rd party components / modules in use
• Incubation period: Since when the problem popped up? What you did last?
• Hosting Environment : Windows / Linux / Localhost. Hosting Co. Name.
