JA JobBoard component v 1.0.3 stable for Joomla 2.5 has been released. Its a bug fix, improvement and New feature release. With this version we introduce more payment gateway integrations as Authorize.net, wire transfer (offline) and paypal payment plugin. We have also put up a small guide on how to make your own payment plugin incase you wish to use different payment gateway. There are other minor updates and bug fixes, please check the changelog for details.

Users wishing to migrate from joomla 1.5 to joomla 2.5 should follow the migration steps outlined in the JobBoard wiki (link below). Please note that any customization done on 1.5 version will have to redone manually.

JA JobBoard component v 1.0.2 stable for Joomla 2.5 has been released last week. Its a bug fix, improvement and New feature release. With this version we introduce the Multi-language support for JobBoard items, Administrators / Employer can now select the language for JobBoard items (job, caegory, location). There are other minor updates and improvements, please check the changelog for details.

JA Thumbnail plugin for Joomla 2.5 has been updated and new version released. Its a bug fix and improvement release. It now supports the new image insert options in com_content (intro and full article images). Please take backup before upgrading this plugin. Any bugs be reported in the respective template forum.

JA Comment Component version 2.5.1 for Joomla 2.5.x has been released last week. Its a major improvement release. Please take backup before upgrading from earlier versions.

JA Amazon S3 and Cloudfront CDN component is now available for Joomla 2.5.x. Its a bug fix and improvement release. Users can now Remove local files post upload or restore the same from the cloud. Please check the changelog and update to the latest version. Make sure to take backup before updating and recommended to use JA Extensions Manager for upgrades

JA JobBoard component version 1.5.4 for Joomla! 1.5 has been released. Its a bug fix, improvement and new feature release. All users are requested to upgrade to the latest version. Please check the detailed changelog for the updates in this version.

Please note that this is the final release of this component for Joomla 1.5.x, we have resumed work for JobBoard 2.5, which will be released to support Joomla 2.5.x. We would not be releasing any further update for the Joomla 1.5.x version then after.

Upgrade steps :

• Manual Upgrade is required for JA Comment Plugin : as upgrading with JA extension Manager Component have bugs. Users are advised to upgrade manually (take due backup) by installing the new version over the older one. For remaining plugins / module or component JA Extensions Manager can be safely used for upgrade.
