Hi,

That’s the file structure of the site were you have the module above, translated ? Then probably you have overwritten the language file, (if you only use one language that might be English and probably you have translated the English one)

P.S. Why don’t you try Overrides from inside Joomla Admin Panel ? ( I keep forgetting about this Joomla feature ), you will find it under languages.

Let me know if that helps better.

I found this in previous site so it looks like your guess is correct.
Modifier le fichier ‘/language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_ja_teline_v.ini’ dans le template ‘ja_teline_v’.

How do I use Overwrites (Overrides?) i.e. which file to edit? Lots to choose from 🙂

I copied the translations to the new site http://j344tag.gpmnews.com/ but it still shows in English.

Next I tried using Overrides in Admin as shown below. I made an override for ‘Typography’ but it only shows if I switch the site’s default language from French to English. And if I search for the same word with French as the Filter the word is not found. Am stuck. What am I missing?

Yes you are right ( I corrected the typo on my previous comment) it’s Overrides, go to languages and you will find them, then you can search using the build in Joomla search function for the variable you need to translate to the language you need to translate it.
