Hello,
I updated to version 1.0.3.
I just want Docman to look like it is supposed to look like. Please find attached a screenshot which illustrates what Docman actually looks like, on another website of mine where I am not using JA-pagebuilder.

Which template are you using on that site? I guess that template supports custom style for Docman already. When using Docman in JA Builder, it will load default style of Docman.

Sorry I cannot give you information about that site. But you can easily try it yourself. Download purity III and install Docman and you will see that is works fine.
