Hello,

I tried to include a DOCMan menu item into the JA Page Builder but it is not working. Menu item -> new -> Docman -> Page frontend -> Click on menu item -> Edit page: I just get a blank page (on the frontend and the live edit page).

However, if I change the template of the menu item, it is working…

Hi Stefan,

May I know which template you assign to that menu item and it doesn’t work?

And send me the login info of your site, when I tried to access admin panel, it prompts a popup requires authentication info.

Hello,

I assigned the JA Builder template to the menu item and it is not working but when I change the template to another it is working..

The Support user already has access to the backend! -> just add /administrator to the site and login with the support user.

I dont understand, why you get this message???? The website is public and can be viewed by anyone!

Can you try another browser? Have you tried using the login data I have sent you?

• When I try to access admin panel of your site: http://www.artificialsolutions.at/administrator

• It requires another login first: http://prntscr.com/epcp1w

• You need to provide me the login info to fill into this login form first ( I TRIED with provided account but it did NOT work)

Then I can access login form for administrator site.

I hope it’s clear enough now.

I now understand what you mean. But I dont understand why you get this login screen. Please try another browser or another device. I have tried from several devices and I am not getting this login screen.
