Hi, please I need help, i move my Joomla on a new folder in the same public htm. But now the logo disappeared. wen I go to the template an to theme customizer to check the logo image, i see that is correctly selected but I not be able to see the preview instead there is the write: "Forbidden You don’t have permission to access /New/ on this server."

Now the paths "/New" was the folder where there was the website before the move. Seem that some were the ja simple is set up with the paths "/New". How I can change this?

Did u checked the error in the console window and checked it with your hosting provider ? it can be the issue of permissions .

I already checked with your hosting provider an they write: "..I have run a command to fix ownerships and permissions for the entire the domain. "

Please what you mean for : checked the error in the console window?

Dear Pankaj

Please note that I insert a provisional logo on the header (banner top) is not the solution, is not lined-up correctly, but I prefer to have a provisional logo instead to a empty space, please let me know if you fin any solution

I tray the first option (change helper file…) but noting append e the problem still there. For the second option, please, I need help, my understanding the coding are very small. Some question:
1 Create a new position in templates/ja_simpli/index.php:

at which document point I insert the above code?

2 Add new CSS style with new position from templates/ja_simpli/css/custom.css file. Please I need this code and the position were put this code

Dear Pankaj

I find a workaround solution, still not have the preview on the theme customizer but wen I start to change the Width an the Height of the logo the image appeared again on the website, so now the logo is back. And for now I’m happy. Hope one day to be able have again the preview on the theme customizer.
