    Hi there,
    I have manual update your template via FTP. Please check it at your side.
    ps:// About your template update error ( via Joomla! ). I guess there are some permission or file path issues.
    Thank you,
    Viet Vu

    Thanks Viet, noticed that. 2 questions I have.
    1. How do I manually update by myself. I have Filezilla which I guess is handy.
    2. Seems like site width has changed. Shall I enter the custom.css file again? or are you doing it from your end? I can do it no probs.

    I meant in the future, if I have to update again and it does not work, did not want to trouble Joomart ppl again.

    Hi there,
    # Just extract template package in your local and upload it via FTP
    # I still keep your old template backup at: /public_html/templates/ja_beranis-
    You can copy your old css into new one.

    Thank you,
    Viet Vu

    Now a really silly question, where in FTP do updates go to? Which folder?
    Thanks

    Hi there,
    It’s located in templates directory.

    /public_html/templates/

    Thank you,

    Oh and slight problem now. In English version Masshead has dissapeared and been replaced by plain white field. Why is that?

    Hi there,
    I’m not sure which page you are talking about. Would you mind give me URL ?

    Thank you,

    as you will see the slogan comes out on white background, when its supposed to be blues – ie masshead. As this is where the module is assigned to.

    Thanks

    Hi there,
    I think you can copy your custom.css in your old template into updated template to restore your modified css.
    About your background issue can resolve by css

    .ja-masshead-wrap .site-slogan {
    background: your color
    }

    Im a little cautious about altering CSS. I did not have to use it before and it worked. Shall we look for a conventional solution? Isnt it to do with general template settings?

    Hi there,
    I just only do upgrade your template by replaced with latest one. I haven’t checked into your backend. And as far i see, you don’t have any custom profile. Not sure about this new template caused your issue.

    But you still can customize your template by apply your own css into /css/custom.css

    Thank you,
    Viet Vu
