Hi Christina,

JAT3 v2 framework plugin is not available for latest version of Joomla 3.2.2. Due to the large template collection, we are in progress of updating our templates to work this new version. Please stay tuned and check out blog post for the update news.

With issue when submitting ticket, the system might be down for maintenance at that time, it should work now, please try again.

Hi,

Thanks for that information. I was updating everything on a site that had recently been hacked, so that was the last thing I was stuck on.

I’ll keep an eye on the blog.
