Can I use another JA template as the main site one and JA Builder to only create promotional landing pages?

Hello

Yes you can use it, simply download package and install it with joomla extension manager , then go to components ja builder and add your new landing page.

I did start reading the docs, but only saw ‘set JA Builder template style as your default template style’ which I didn’t want!

I will read with more details.

You can create new menu items edit them and then assign to it ja builder template, despite you set another template as your default template for all other pages.
