I am trying to update http://prntscr.com/c6szzi but its not progressing, this screen is shown

PS> Downloaded JA Intranet template with T3, so I am guessing no newer version exists

Hi there

You can use the Ja Extension Manager extension to update Joomlart extensions. T3 Framework included , or you can also install the new version using normal Joomla extension manager install, downloading new release from HERE
