I have 02 questions:

1 – No topo do template, How to change the date format to display the Portuguese in Brazil:
Ex: Segunda, 15 de outubro.

2 – Where can I set the column width of the template?

2) You can use in specified template width as seen here in template parameters::

http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_T3_Framework_2/Guides#General_Settings

and then, enter the value as desired in below text field
