    Hi,

    First of all, backup of the site and database is a must as the process of k2 to com content migration is one way and there is no rollback other than DB rollback.

    1. Take backup of your site and database.
    2. Read the documentation and follow the steps.

    Did it work for you? If No, then follow these steps :

    1. If you have tried and it did not succeed then let us know the error you faced.
    2. Roll back your site to original database and provide us your site login details.
    3. Create a forum thread and add your site login info (temporary access) into the mod’s only box (click yes on Require Help From Staff + Mod/Admin? option while generating a new thread). Or send a private reply to your thread.
    4. Or you can also mail the login credentials (generate temporary access for us) and details to arvind@joomlart.com
    5. You need to confirm to us, that you have the backup.
    6. Tell us if you faced any error otherwise let us know if you have any specific detail that we need to work on.
    7. Once we receive your request, we would process the same within 24 hours and do the migration for you.
