Your Demo has RTL with language switching options in the top menu bar. The quickstart package does not have these things. Does this template support RTL? I’d like to reproduce your demo exactly.

Hi
Template support RTL and support multi language.
You have to install your language and then create content for it.

Quickstart contains the sample data (images ay different as sample) and comes with only standard English language with all Joomla content showing in demo.
I suggest you to install quickstart with sample data to get site like demo except 3rd party extension.
