There maybe issue with the layout override of template, you can try using FTP account and rename templates/ja_magz_ii/html/com_tags/tag/default_items.php file to default_items_bk.php to make it work

I’ve also reported this issue to development team, you can track its status here

@ninja Lead – the problem persists after renaming the overrides. This is a fairly important fix to make – it’s a news template. This is vital for the site I’m setting up right now. When will this be resolved??
