    Hello,

    I checked on the forum and I know there was a problem with the API.
    I think I inserted all the fields correctly following your exhaustive tutorial:https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-module/ja-twitter

    Is there anything I need to check? I am working remotely, but I don’t think this should be a problem.

    Hello,
    it is sad that my subscription expired and after almost one month this ticket is without an answer.
    So I had to pay a subscription to find out that this message was completely ignored. Sigh.

    Also, I just update Joomla to 3.8 and some extensions are not updated, included the Twitter extension.
    This is the error.

    Can it be that the problem is this?

    Just for your information, the website is online.
    Still not able to update the extensions and the Twitter module give still problems.

    Hi Chiara,

    Somehow, we missed your ticket. Our developer is taking a look at this issue, as we still try to find out why JA Twitter doesn’t work on Homepage while on subpage it’s working properly.

    It seems you entered the Twitter API not correctly, I just fixed it. It works now.
