been in touch with server provider they said that website has to be restored. What was done on your end? Its a little frustrating. one month of work will be gone.

Hi there,
# If you have your site backup. This’s right time to use.

– Restore template original less/css & js files

Please restore it from original files from ja template package

– Restore your custom css files

If you did any custom css / js files. And if you have backup than restore it

-Re-compile these files

And what’s exactly what did you do ? Just only work with “optimize plugin” ? Than please ask plugin provide to what’s process of this plugin.

# Can you try to rename your current template
# Upload original template with old name ( to restore everything back to original )
# Recompile less
# Clear cache
and check again ?

To optimize website will need lots of inspect & working. Can say / use automate method in common way.
You’ll need to know what caused slow down.
I have checked your site on my tablet Note 10.1 2014 & S2 & Nokia 1320 . Everything working fine.

Hi there
Optimize plugins ( or any optimize extensions ) are good if we can handle that. But in your case i afraid you can’t handle that.
I would suggest you work with 3rd party to do this task.
