Hello the problem is coming from the third party plugin that you are using for optimization it is merged the script in together and they are no longer working .
Please disable the plugin .
+Clear your site cache .
+Purged expired cache and check it .
I tried to and disabled the plugin and after that your site is working fine on mobile devices .

Here is userguide to increase Joomla site speed .

Still does not work. See the picture shows that when I run diagnostics on page speed grader it does not recognise it as having mobile support (used to before).
May be its worth replacing CSS file with the old one, but i dont know which one.

Hi there,
Look likes you are trying to optimize your website by “automatic” tools ( plugin ) and check result with 3rd automate tool.
# For most of optimize work it will need “human work” not automatic. Except you know what’r you doing.
# Please turn off all optimize tool you are using
# Restore template original less / css files
# Recomplile less files
# Clear / purge all cache ( also T3 assets cache )
# For most of checking, please do it on real device not emulator.

ive disabled all 3rd party exns. Now sure how to rectify error. Shall I just reqrite css file? Thanks for your help.

Please try with these steps:
– Turn off all 3rd extensions: css/js compress ; css/js to CDN …etc
– Restore template original less/css & js files
– Restore your custom css files
– Re-compile these files
– Clear cache
– And check
