Hi

I inspect element on your site and see that the difference comes from the link in each menu item. For ‘Press Room’ or ‘Contacts For Media’ items, they have relative urls but with ‘New releases’ item, it has absolute url that causes the re-load for the page.

Could you try to check and change the url to relative url?

Exactly my point about the relative url and absolute url. In order to get the anchor link to work I had to make it an absolute url. I would like to figure out why it only works as an absolute url. To see what I mean go to http://bofodev.cloudaccess.host/press-room then manually add #NewsReleases to the end of the url.

Yes I did try setting up both menu items as relative urls and I still get the same odd behavior described above.
