Hello

I need help. My site is working since more one year.

Two days ago, user the I used the button “JAT3 Clean Cache”. And then the css design disappear and my site is unformatted.

I try several action :
– activated/desactivated cache plugin
– empty my folder cache
– empty my folder t3-assets
etc…..

and it become worse and worse.

Now I can’t acces to my front office. I know that it is not a server problem become, in the same www folder, i use a prestashop and a wordpress which are parts of my site.

I have some other problem in the back-office : I can’t save change in the template administration, I can’t clean the cache, because these actions are not stopping. The save action is always working and never finish.

Joomla : 1.5
Template : ja_anion

Is someone could help me ?

In the configuration panel, I see that it misses something in the right part. (See attached file.)

This is a recent miss, because in the afternoon this fields were not empty.

In “Gestionnaire de cache” and “Gestionnaire de session”

Yes, the Cache Handle is missing the option, please check your administrator/component/com_config to check if there’s any files is changed or missing.
Your back-end info is wrong, I can’t access to your backend.

The server is very slow. This is pearhaps the reason of the probleme joomla wants to write info on the server. Cache, t3……?????????

If you clear T3 cache, and the site is missing style again, please go to backend and clear cache of Joomla (Back-end >> Tool >> Purge expired cache then clean cache)
Your site now uses JA Anion, It looks good now, except the problem of speed.

I understand my probleme.
My hosting is OVH. One of their scheduler was working on our server.
So the response of the server was very slow except during the night.
And when i wanted to make a change or use the cache manager, my site was KO.
