I’m trying to change several module positions in the template layout, but I don’t see the "configuration icon on the top right" for this pourpose.

Any help?

Hi
To move the position you have to do this from the header.php file
Open template folder /tpls/blocks/topbar.php file.
In the template layout you can change the module position name to a different name and publish the module.
But to change the size you have to this from PHP file.
