Hi,

My page was working just fine but today I opened it, one of the menus takes to a different page where one of the modules is not displaying. If I open that page from a link I added, the module shows but not from the menu that opened it originally well.

There are also some (6) extensions that every time I enter the backend show a message for me to upgrade but, whenever I try to do so, no update is available.

Language in my site can’t be changed in all stuff. The contact form is still in English and I could never configure the JA Multilingual to let my users choose their language.

Besides, the address keeps showing the suffix with the language which I want not to appear. I urgently need to fix all these s well as some other issues that I have.

Could you help asap please?

Totally different links but still both showing the /en & /en_us or the/index.php suffixes in the address and the first one not showing the job offers I need.

Hi,

I checked the configuration from backend of your site with SEO Settings

Search Engine Friendly URLs: Yes
Use URL Rewriting: Yes

with this setting, it will show as http://innless.org/en/about-us

About the upgrade of JA extensions, you can use this way here

I guess you didn’t read all y message. Here I copy the issues Im still having and that are important for me to fix asap:

I’m referring to module ID 264 in corporate-home position

Please, please check why it suddenly doesn’t shoe anymore when it was working well and it’s well assigned.

By the way, i’ve already changed the SEO Settings but suffixes still show the language. This all began when I installed Spanish and tried the multilingual configuration, has never happened before in any other template. This template is the one having too many issues and it’s not supposed to be like that with what I pay for your templates

I entered the link you gave me for the updates and followed the steps there. Look in the image I’m attaching how many extensions are wrong, do not exist anymore or are no longer updated (multilingual extension is one of them). Now you can see that what you’re offering is not that good and I will keep on having trouble with languages.

I need to change the language stuff so it won’t appear and also I need the possibility to let users choose which language to use but can’t get through it. My contact form displays all info in English and there might be people in my country who don’t understand english.

Hi,

I spent a lot of my time to debug the problem of your mentioned above.

• The link of module id: 274 with path http://innless.org/index.php/en/career and it will not change the link like Scouting menu on your site because it only works as the button link of your added and you should change the button link under ¿Listo para mejores oportunidades? module.

• JA multilingual component only helps to translate the content on your site to other language and you have to config it to work with multi-language on your site

Or you can use gtranslate free extension from JED
