You have to select the module in the Main menu items via Mega menu options .

Ok I did it

I set CB login module in megamenu
you can take a look norwegia1 dot pl – menu is called PANEL

BUT

if I minimise browser window and I want to go to this menu position called PANEL, then I got standard login module, not CB login module

Whats is wrong?

i did not found any change in module , If the menu is collapsed in that case module will not show due to design all module are hidden for small view in Mega menu .

Excellent. Figured it out too. Step by step for those who want to know:

Extensions >
Templates >
Purity III >
Megamenu >
Select the menu item you want to display Login Form >
Turn on Submenu >
Click on the empty box that was created by Submenu being enabled >
The option to assign a module to will now be display >
Select Login Form
