On my T3 blank template is impossible to select right-main-left from Cpanel as in demo of this template. Solutions ?

You’re asking what if T3 blank template has function to select right-main-left from Cpanel ?
Yes of course.
You can download QS or just template package with T3 plugin installed.
Cpanel will appear if not turn on in Template manager >> In Tab Profile > User Tools >> set show to Show/Hide Layouts Tools.
