Recently installed JA Lens 2.5 and this error is preventing the addition of users, updates to menu items.
the configuration.php has permissions for read, write and execute.
The quick start package was used and its hosted at godaddy.com
Looked at other similar posts with no answers to my problem.

What needs to be done to make use of this awesome looking template ?

I’m really sorry, I don’t understand what your problem is. Can you describe more about the error that you got and how to make error appears? and give me the URL to check.
