In category page, the block displays leading items will separate into 2 part: leading main and leading sidebar. Leading main shows only 1 item and the remained show in sidebar.

So in order to not show in sidebar, you set to show only 1 leading item in backend settings of menu for that page: http://nimb.ws/RoMlis

It depends on JComment as it must support to show in appropriate position as Joomla supports.
