Hello. Why can’t you just say what may be causing this problem, it will help me to solve it. You of course the easiest way to refer to a new template where this error has been corrected (according to the mailing received today about 7 joomlart templates which has been fixed). But understand my position too. I bought You a subscription to the templates, was to use Jason with the commercial version of HikaShop and found this crap. Too late found when it did a lot of work on the layout. Help to solve my question, please.
I can’t replicate that issue at my end, pls backup your site and update the latest version for template.
