Hi
in T3 templates the layout width is defined in the px for different screen size devices.
If you want to change the width of template kindly follow the steps given in this documentation
compile less to css after making changes.

Kindly take backup of custom changes before compiling less to css.
Less to css will override the css files with core css files.
