My joomla site have been installed with a one click installer provided by webempresa.com (JoomlaSpanish Hosting). I am very happy with this installation, to be honest.

It appears there is a problem with your hosting. It is more than likely that the max upload size ot time allowed is set too low to allow such a big template to be uploaded. As your PHP Info is disabled by your host I cannot check this. You will need to speak to your host detailing this to get your problem rectified.
