Hello, I have a site that failed with JA flowlist (template JA Labra version 1.3. The Joomla! Version: Joomla! 1.5.9 and I used the Quick Start Version. I am looking for help to repair. I had to disable the JA flowlist. When I enable after disable, the site becomes unstable. Also the Menu Manager is now affected, it is not there anymore in the back-end and the front shows errors! In the Module Manager on the back-end shows a string of Parameter Warnings. What can I do to fix?

I am still trying to understand what has happen and how to fix. I must say that recently I have had a couple of family members pass away which has had me going back and forth accross the country. My focus is coming a little hard for me. I am just not understanding. Please forgive me.

Last communication I received was yesterday morning.

“I have created a bug report at http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/JATCLABRA-2. Someone will contact you soon. ”

As of today no one has contacted me and my clients site is in a non-functioning mode.

    Dear Bezaleelx,

I am looking into this issue and see that the version of Joomla you are running is 1.5.9. The current stable version is 1.5.23
You must update your instance of Joomla and this may or may not fix your issue.

Here is the link for the patch you need.
    http://joomlacode.org/gf/download/frsrelease/14505/63455/Joomla_1.5.9_to_1.5.23-Stable-Patch_Package.zip

If this does not fix the issue…as well as many other issues you may be experiencing…then please contact us again.

    Have a good day!
    John.

    Hi Bezaleelx,

I have installed the latest version of the JA Flowlist module and have set it like you had earlier. Now the error is not there but the content isnt showing up either. Please take a backup of the site periodically now.. You can use Akeeba backup for the same..

@john, Can you please take a look at Bezaleelx’s site now. If you publish the module, you can see the area where flowlist is supposed to show but no content..

The patch link did not work! Thank you for your suggestion.

Thank you Himangi, I kind of figured that would be the case. I am backing up all the directory content to a sub folder as I type. I plan to pull it down also. When you go to About Us, you can see some of the errors are still showing up there. The mod_yj_studio2 are now not playing where they were before support. Thank you!

The upgrade patch, John had suggested seem to have worked on your site, since I could see the joomla version 1.5.23 written on the top right corner in joomla backend.

I havent seen the error displayed on the About us page as you said, but I think the errors may be occuring due to the js conflicts and old versions..

@john, have you found anything yet?
