I use Fedora with joomla 1.53 . The menu at the footer looks like this, it do not have separator . how can I fix it?

Hi
There seems to be some differences when using different browsers:

1) The catpopup works in Internet explorer but does not work in Firefox even after I applied the catpopup to the catpopup position.

2 ) Also I noticed that my logo does not appear when using Internet explorer but appears only when Firefox.

Please advise.
