I did that, but notice that the title bar in the testimonials block for instance is blue. When I create a custom html block, the title bar is gray. How do they do that?

You has to write _hilite in sufijo de la clase del modulo, and the title bar color change to blue

How can I turn off the “tooltips” that appear when users hover over menu items. It’s annoying to mouse over a menu item and have the alt text appear and repeat the same text that’s already in the menu.
