When I place images in content and try to center them… they are forced left. Reason or solution to allow them to be centered?

I’m having the same issue unless I select Responsive on the images.

(The problem with selecting responsive is you can’t control the width or height when trying to make the columns even)

In the responsive site, the image use 100% max width and resize with respect to the container size.
You can share a screenshot of issue and URL of the page here So i have a look on it.
