    Hello,

    I just became a JATC member today and I tried to download some templates.

    When I clicked the ‘Download’ button on the template download page, a new IE windows poped up, but after couple minutes, an error message showed up in that window as below:

    ‘Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage’

    I tried to download several different templates but I met the same problem.

    I tried to use Firefox, still met the same problem.

    Even it shows ‘Downloads: 11’ under my account, I didn’t downloaded anything in fact.

    How can I solve this problem so I can download templates?

    I am having the same issue. I did a search on “download issues” and found this thread: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/i-just-got-a-1-year-membership/ So I contacted support with this issue. According to that thread, it looks like it took about 8 hours to fix itself?

    Yes you’re right, I can download templates after 8 hours I became a JATC member.

    Hi guys,

    That is because our server is under maintenance. Now it is ok.

    Please kindly check again and download our templates.
