Hi,

I have a problem with the JA Nuevo template on Joomla 3.7 with a postgresql database. Clicking some menu items gives this error message:

ERROR: invalid input syntax for integer: "" LINE 3: WHERE id = '' ^

does anyone know how this can be fixed?

Hi,

In which page I can see the issue?

You can make a test by switching default template to a standard template of Joomla like Beez / Protostar and see how it goes. It will narrow down where the problem comes from.

Yes, I did do this. I set up a Joomla 3.7 clean installation with default templates it works fine. When you add nuevo some of the menu options throw back an error similar to the one above. This doesn’t happen with the default joomla templates.

I made a demo site: https://demo.lsltd.org

You can check here. Click the sample sites menu, error appears. Click the site-map menu, error appears. Some menu works some don’t.

If I then change back to the previous default protostar template, then it’s fine. I’m contemplating migrating my site to postgres, but only if I can get the templates working.

It should work fine, but it’s not.

You can share the credentials of your site: Admin + FTP account and tell me the pages which are not working.

Practically all pages don’t work. But here is a collection of the ones I’ve found so far, otherwise I’ll be there all day working through the rest. The only others under "Using Joomla!" relating to components, etc, etc, I’ve not gone through yet, but some of them also don’t work, but some links work.

I dont have ftp. I dont use it and dont have a requirement for it. I use only the joomla interface.

I use FileZilla ftp client with several settings for connection but can’t access. Could you check again?

I use filezilla also, and checked and tested. You need to go to transfer settings tab, and change from default to active, like i said in previous post.
