after a lot of topics you posted on this forum , you missed one important thing
read carefully documentations

as showed in the image below you should select 3rd option to install sample data

quickstart is not empty since i installed it at least 30 times and never had such problem

Restart again from scratch everything and as showed below select 3rd option to install sample data

Hope this time you will be able to have it installed as you wish

the second option is : with examples
and the third is a simple page
you understand why i have choice the second ! always i have choiced this option and was good a each time…
