I downloaded again Ja Magz_II Quickstart then installed on my localhost and it worked installing the exact replica of demo site.

Remove your installation , download again quickstart file and reinstall it , sometime could happen files are not correctly downloaded or extracted.

but the name of this quickstart is ja_magz_ii_3x

You should download again files and install again them on a clean environment

New empty database on an empty folder

As i already told above quickstart works fine

i have tried with another quickstart with charity and the result is perfect.
i have install a new quickstart with Teline V and same problem with the magizII, not like the demo site

I tried again to install on my xampp and everything worked fine

At this point i think there are problems with your downloaded files , don’t know what to say if i cannot replicate your issue
