I am using Teline IV for Joomla 1.6, and would like to change the layout on blog view for all categories. I am a bit lost here. This is what I want:

– remove “details” in article info area
– line break between “written by” and “Published”
– text float, image on left side, text on right
– padding on image (right and bottom, 10px)

I tried to change the template in /component/com_content/views/tmpl/ but that didn’t work.

Can you tell me what to change to get the sub categories to be listed before the individual articles on the category blog layout page.

Hi Gjensen,
You can change it by changing menu item type to Category List.
In this menu item type, only article of parents category will be displayed.
