I´ve had this done for me at Joomlancers – see http://www.neurosurgic.com
I would be happy to share this with you all for free, or give it to Joomlart for inclusion in the Teline template. But the thing is that the Freelancer installed it on my site, so i don´t know which files/code to give you. Might have a word with the freelancer and ask him to help me out.

Hi steenmf,

What version of CB was this based from and is it native to Joomla 1.5.x? I believe to the best format would be to have it as “zip” files — one for the component, several for the mdules and if I am not mistaken, one for the plugin for the captcha.

Actually, you may need the zip files version yourself, so that you can then install it yourself, if ever you need to create another website or a sanbox.
