Hi All 🙂

I can’t display JA megafilter module in JA Brickstore..

I have tried different positions, but none of them shows the filters.

So what can i do ?

Notes :

URL : http://www.demo1pawerdesigns.westmark.management

Custom filters are Published

Megafilter is Indexed

Articles has custom fields with values

Menu is JA megafilter default

Ja megafilter module is in same position as others that show

Ja megafilter module is assigned Filters page in frontend menu

We saw the problem on your site, as the JSON File can’t be created. We need FTP info to investigate the problem

Hi.

It’s got this error.
403 Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /media/com_jamegafilter/en_gb/1.json on this server

I already tried to config permission for json file to 777 but still no luck.
Do you know anything to config permission on your host ?

Hi,

No, JA MegaFilter use JSON to fetch data and render HTML, so JSON file must be accessed to be read to display Megafilter.
