You try my solution below

Open templates/ja_alumni/tpls/blocks/head.php file

Find and change
```
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0, user-scalable=no"/>
```
To
```
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=3.0, user-scalable=yes"/>
```
save and check.
