Hi Guys, I added a new JA ACM Module to the http://www.vivaasiamagazine.com/index.php/viva-asia-vietnam page of my site. Then I noticed everything below it had gone out of shape as per the attached screenshot.

Am not sure what I have done to make that happen?

    Jim

    Hi Jim,

You can provide us the admin login info of your site and tell us the module you just added so we will have a look.

    Hi Jim,

The issue is weird, when trying to select other categories, it works properly.

Could you also update the FTP account so we will investigate further?

Thanks Saguaros, appreciate all your efforts. Basically as you can see I am trying to make copies of the modules from the home page of vivaasiamagazine.com so that the front page of the Vietnam section has the same layout I will of course add different content.

    Kind regards Jim

    Hi Guys,

I know you are all very busy but was wondering whether anyone has any idea why this problem has occurred? It has been three weeks since I first raised the issue so I am guessing it must be that you can’t run two front pages on one site; as if it was a setting I had got wrong I think someone would have found that by now.

Could someone let me know their thoughts so I can work out what I do next in regards to my site.

    Many thanks Jim

    Hi Saguaros,

Sorry to keep bothering you but I have been playing around with the problem page and notice it does not let me add banners and the weather app and the view online banner to the right hand sidebar.

It seems as if I must have bigger problems with the Viva Vietnam section than juts all the articles going out of alignment.

    Hi Saguaros,

I think I may have found the problem but have no idea how to fix it. When I type http://www.vivaasiamagazine.com/index.php/viva-asia-vietnam?tp=1 to show the module positions most of the module position from the home page http://www.vivaasiamagazine.com are missing which might explain why i cannot add sidebar banners. How do i add those module positions back in? And more importantly why did they not appear in the first place? Jim

Ok does what I pointed out in my previous response have an impact on what is happening?

    Hi Jim again,

The culprit comes from the number of featured articles in selected category. At this moment, there are only several featured articles but in the JA ACM module, you set to show more than existing number of articles so it caused issue.

I just changed the leading to 1 featured article only (you can change later): http://prnt.sc/cmw8h1 and it’s showing properly now.

    Thanks Saguaros,

I am still struggling. I have put an article in Vietnam Real Estate which comes under investment but the investment section doesn’t show up on the home page of http://www.vivaasiamagazine.com/index.php/viva-asia-vietnam but there is Hotels Vietnam but I cannot find that in the modules?

Sorry for all the questions. Can you try and point me in the right direction so I get one fo teh other blocks working then i should be able to duplicate the settings for all the others. Basically I am trying to rebuild the home page from http://www.vivaasiamagazine.com on the Vietnam page but with content I will load into the Vietnam categories.

    Jim
