Hi
You can embed the youtube video in the article using this doc . But i am afraid ACM does not support this layout , You need to create new layout (new php files/js/css) and use it or use custom html module .
You can check the style code of acm gallery module using inspect element /Firebug tool and apply them in your custom html module .
