Right now, if we want to Sort by a Field, we are forced to first set it as "Published" in the JA Megafilter editing page. If it’s not set to "Published", the "Use to sort" feature will not work.

The problem is that, sometimes you might want to use a field to sort, but to NOT use it to filter on the filter bar. But setting a field to "Published" forces it to be on the filter bar. There is no way to just have a field as a sorting option but not as a filtering option.

The solution should be simple. Just rename the "Published" option in the JA Megafilter page to "Use to filter". And then make it independent from "Use to sort", so that they work independently.

Could you please implement this fix in the next version?
