joomla 3.4.1 ( recently migrated )

uber 2.1.1

ajax request is not loading both firefox and chrome ( xmlhttprequest cannot load therefore not allowed access )

result is in template manager I can not see module possition in layout page and MEGAMENU does no show its interface to edit
