    Hi:

I can’t believe what I just did. It’s never happened before. I downloaded and installed Graphite (Joomla 1.7) when I needed Quartz (Joomla 1.5).

    What do I do?

Do I need to delete all the files and folders and redo a new database?

Sorry this is such a dumb situation. I have never faced it before.

    Thank you

    Hi
Just simply download your needed template and install it and select it 🙂

    Thank you

    So just to review:
I download the Quartz to my local machine which is 1.5. Extract its files and use the Extension Manager to upload to the installed Graphite 1.7 site? I thought I would have to uninstall all the existing 1.7 site, create a new database and then upload/install the Quartz 1.5 site.

    Thank you

    Hi
    Yes,
Your site using template A. You have installed template B ( in-correct ).
You can simply re-install template A and select it .

    Or am i mis-understood your issue ? 🙂
    Thank you

    Hi Joo:

I installed the wrong template. What I have done now is to remove all of its files and folders. I then created a new database and installed the correct template. All is well now.

Thank you. How are things in HCM City?
