This has been asked and covered elsewhere I think, do a search on it in the forum, but in general JA releases a freebie and tries to get it included with any major release. Nothing will happen of course until 1.6 is in RC1

There are major changes to the way Joomla handles sections and categories in 1.6 so they tell us so converting an existing template would be problematic, hence the reasoning JA will do one from scratch

Thanks will check it up but you said it will be a new one.

RC1 I believe will be 15 of June so its soon we can hope! 🙂
