Why is there yet no upgrade script? We were promised this long ago.

With the new 1.4.3 release, once again I have uninstalled the old component and modules, installed the new component and modules – errors galore with module installs – haven’t checked menu links yet to see if they are broken, but z-index and layout has once again fallen apart as it does with each upgrade.

All our customizations have been lost – as with each previous upgrade. I grow weary of this…:((

Sorry for those inconveniences. Such a system of upgrade is under review however it shall take a lot of resources as well.

For the time being, please login the helpdesk and resend us the access via ticket ID#XUU-523972 to your admin area as well as FTP for inspection and solution
