    White page error when I changed sublink color!

    No 3rd party extension.
    Browser: Opera

    1. I made a fresh install of Joomla 3.8.1 with some sample content
    2. then I installed your JA Simpli template only.
    3. At once I made JA Simpli the default theme. Checked frontend, all was good and looked well
    4. I opened the template settings and changed the submenu background from #ffffff to #999999 (you have entered #ffffff for both backround and text!). After this the website got the white page error.

    The source code display this code for the body part:

    What is wrong?

    Hi,

    I tried to duplicate the same steps into site in my local but all works fine.

    You can try to enable the Error Reporting in Global Configuration and see how the error is.

    Same Issue,

    Even Debug doesnt work just a white page!

    Pritty nasty for a template that gets promoted to be the unofficial Joomla Template…

    Hi,

    You can share the credentials of your site: URL, Admin + FTP account so I can check.
